Uplifting Afghan Girls (UAG) stands as a beacon of hope for gifted Afghan girls by providing them a pathway to a world-class education in the United States. The exceptional young women in UAG’s program are artists, musicians, and aspiring scientists; the Taliban tried to limit every aspect of their lives but now their futures are unlimited. In the face of incredible adversity, hope shines brightly!

What We Do
UAG partners with an Afghan-based charity to identify remarkable young women for the incredible opportunity to study in the United States. With the generous support of private educational institutions in the US, we secure full scholarships covering tuition and fees for our students. We pave the way for their journey to the US, guiding them through the complexities of the F-1 visa application process and coordinating safe transit. But our mission doesn't stop there…
